Facial Filler & Toxin Essentials

LAMA faculty and doctors gathered around an aesthetic treatment chair.

Two days. Four doctors. One standard.

Two days. Four doctors. One standard.

Hands-on training for licensed physicians who want to inject as decision-makers, not simply as operators.

Doctors only

· 3–4 doctors

· Live-patient hands-on

· Two faculty in the room

Licence verified on application · Four seats only

Why this course exists

The region does not need more injectors.

The region does not need more injectors.

It needs doctors who know when to put the syringe down.

Anyone can learn where to inject. Two days of demonstrations and a certificate may give you a technique; they do not give you the judgement that protects the patient in front of you: reading the face, staying with a plan, and noticing a problem as it develops. That judgement is built in the room, with a real face and a trainer at your shoulder—correcting your hand before the needle moves, not after.

02 practical days

04 doctors maximum

00 observers at the back

You are not here to learn where a needle goes. You are here to learn how a decision is made. — Dr. Thaer Shahwan, Founder & Medical Director, LAMA

The LAMA Method

Our three-part standard.

Our three-part standard.

LAMA doctors attending a focused clinical teaching session.

01

Observe a case

The trainer treats a real patient in front of you and explains each decision as it happens: layer, volume, dose, and sequence.

02

Perform a case

You inject a real patient while the trainer is at your shoulder, correcting your hand in the moment when needed.

03

Teach a case

You explain your plan to the group and defend it. If you cannot explain the decision, you are not ready to make it.

Small-group standard

Three to four physicians only, with two faculty in the room.

Real cases, not paper models

Cases are scheduled for every practical module and allocated by the trainer according to suitability, consent, and each physician’s level.

Admissions

We decline some applications. Deliberately.

We decline some applications. Deliberately.

This is a physician-only programme. We verify eligibility at application—not at the door—because the level of the doctor beside you determines what faculty can teach and how quickly the room can progress.

This course is for you if…

You are a licensed physician, whatever your specialty. You inject occasionally or are just starting and want a practical foundation to build on. You inject toxin and want filler to stop being guesswork. You want to understand your practice boundaries precisely and in writing.

This course is not for you if…

You are not a licensed physician. You want the certificate faster than you want the skill. You expect observation instead of injection. You are already an experienced injector; choose Level 2 instead.

What you leave with

What you leave with

A written assessment method you can defend and use with every face. Toxin dose logic you can explain—not a table you memorised. Filler selection by tissue and layer, not by the box on the shelf. A vascular-occlusion protocol you have practised aloud. Your LAMA Level 1 certificate.

Two days will not make you an expert. They will make you safer, more organised, and more honest about your limits. That is where real expertise begins.
