1. Who we are
This site and our training programmes are operated by LAMA — Levantine Academy of Medical Aesthetics, Nof Haglil / Nazareth, Israel ("LAMA", "we", "us").

2. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry — through a form on this website, through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or by messaging us on WhatsApp — we collect:
Your full name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your answer to our eligibility question (whether you are a licensed physician)
The message content you choose to send us
We also collect basic technical information when you browse this site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any medical or health information about yourself or about any patient. Our courses are professional education for clinicians; we have no need for health data at the enquiry stage.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and answer questions about our courses
To assess whether you meet the professional eligibility criteria for enrolment
To register you for a course and administer your place, if you enrol
To send you information about upcoming LAMA courses, where you have agreed to that
To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our own courses and in running our academy. Where you enrol, we also process data to perform our contract with you.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — where you contacted us through one of their services, they process that message as part of delivering it. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
Our service providers — the systems we use to store enquiries, schedule courses and send email, acting on our instructions only.
Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other academies, clinics, product suppliers or advertisers.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Where your data is transferred, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to 24 months, then deleted
Enrolled participants' records: for as long as needed to administer the course and issue certification, plus any period required by law
You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below
8. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
See what personal data we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
Delete your data
Stop sending you marketing messages
Withdraw a consent you previously gave
Write to hi@lama.academy and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.
9. Marketing messages
If you agree to hear from us, we may send you information about upcoming courses by email or WhatsApp. Every message includes a way to stop, and you can also reply STOP or email us at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect a course you are already enrolled in.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access and encrypted transmission. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affects you.
11. Children
Our courses are for qualified and training clinicians. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work, plus basic analytics to understand which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.

جوابك على سؤال الأهلية (إذا كنت طبيب مرخّص)
محتوى الرسالة اللي بتبعتها
وبنجمع كمان معلومات تقنية بسيطة لما تتصفّح الموقع (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، الصفحات اللي فتحتها) لأغراض الأمان والإحصاء.
ما بنطلب منك ولا لازم تبعتلنا أي معلومات طبية أو صحية عنك أو عن أي مريض. دوراتنا تعليم مهني للأطباء، وما إلنا حاجة بأي معلومات صحية بمرحلة الاستفسار.

حتى نتأكد إذا بتنطبق عليك شروط التسجيل المهنية
حتى نسجّلك بالدورة وندير مكانك، إذا قررت تسجّل
حتى نبعتلك أخبار عن دورات لاما الجاية، إذا وافقت على هيك
حتى نلتزم بواجباتنا القانونية والمحاسبية
٤. الأساس القانوني
بنعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك (لما بتعبّي النموذج)، وبناءً على مصلحتنا المشروعة بالرد على الاستفسارات وإدارة الأكاديمية. وإذا سجّلت بالدورة، بنعالجها كمان لتنفيذ العقد بيناتنا.
٥. مع مين بنشاركها
بنشارك معلوماتك بس مع:
شركات ميتا (فيسبوك، إنستغرام، واتساب) — إذا تواصلت معنا عن طريق خدماتهم، بيعالجوا الرسالة كجزء من إيصالها. تعاملهم بيخضع لسياسة الخصوصية تبعتهم.
مزوّدي الخدمات عنا — الأنظمة اللي بنستعملها لتخزين الاستفسارات وتنظيم الدورات وإرسال الإيميلات، وبيشتغلوا حسب تعليماتنا بس.
الجهات الرسمية — إذا كان الإفصاح مطلوب قانونياً.
ما بنبيع بياناتك الشخصية، وما بنشاركها مع أكاديميات أو عيادات أو شركات منتجات أو معلنين.
٦. النقل خارج البلد
بعض مزوّدي الخدمات عنا بيشتغلوا خارج إسرائيل، بما فيه الاتحاد الأوروبي وأمريكا. لما تنتقل بياناتك، بناخد خطوات معقولة حتى تضل محمية بمستوى مكافئ.
٧. قدّيش بنحتفظ فيها
الاستفسارات اللي ما بتوصل لتسجيل: لحد ٢٤ شهر، وبعدين بتنمحي
سجلات المشاركين المسجّلين: للمدة اللازمة لإدارة الدورة وإصدار الشهادة، زائد أي مدة يفرضها القانون

٨. حقوقك
فيك تطلب منا بأي وقت:
تشوف شو البيانات اللي عنا عنك
تصحّح أي إشي غلط أو قديم
تمحي بياناتك
توقف الرسائل التسويقية
تسحب موافقة أعطيتها قبل
اكتبلنا على hi@lama.academy ومنرد خلال ٣٠ يوم. وإذا ما رضيت عن ردنا، فيك تقدّم شكوى للسلطة الإسرائيلية لحماية الخصوصية، أو لجهة حماية البيانات ببلدك إذا كنت بالاتحاد الأوروبي.
٩. الرسائل التسويقية
إذا وافقت تسمع منا، ممكن نبعتلك أخبار عن الدورات الجاية بالإيميل أو الواتساب. كل رسالة فيها طريقة توقف فيها، وفيك ترد STOP أو تبعتلنا إيميل بأي وقت. سحب الموافقة ما بيأثر على دورة إنت مسجّل فيها.
١٠. الأمان
بنستعمل وسائل تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، منها تقييد الوصول والنقل المشفّر. ما في نظام آمن ١٠٠٪، بس بناخد الموضوع بجدية، وإذا صار خرق بيأثر عليك منخبّرك ومنخبّر الجهة المختصة.
١١. القاصرين
دوراتنا للأطباء المؤهّلين وطلاب الطب. هذا الموقع مش موجّه لأي حدا تحت ١٨ سنة، وما بنجمع بيانات قاصرين عن قصد.
١٢. الكوكيز
الموقع بيستعمل بس الكوكيز الضرورية لتشغيله، زائد إحصاءات بسيطة لنعرف أي صفحات بتنقرأ. فيك تمنع الكوكيز من إعدادات متصفحك والموقع بيضل يشتغل.
١٣. التعديلات
ممكن نحدّث هالسياسة. التاريخ فوق بيبيّن آخر تعديل. أي تغيير جوهري رح ينحط على هالصفحة.
